The Surrey Pet Care Company offers a flexible dog walking service that is tailored to suit your needs.
Areas we cover are Leatherhead, Effingham, Fetcham, Bookham, Ashtead, West Horsley, East Horsley, Tadworth, Headley, Walton-on-the-Hill, Ripley & Ockham, Merrow & Send. Whether you work full-time and required a regular dog walking service, or just wishing for short term assistance, we are committed to help you, and provide your dog with the exercise, fun and enjoyment they need.
Our Dog Walking Service is designed to complement your schedule whatever the circumstances, and therefore offers flexibility in cancellation/call off terms as well as a commitment to be there whenever you need us.
Once you have contacted us we will arrange an initial consultation at your home or a location convenient to you. This will enable us to get to know you and your dog and to talk through your dog walking and care requirements.
You be required to fill in a user friendly customer registration and pet profiling form, which you can download from this website.
The Surrey Pet Care Company does not charge for this first visit and there is no obligation to use our dog walking services following the initial consultation.
To allow complete comfort and safety for your dog, we use a Mercedes fully converted, dog transportation van, fitted out with individual resting areas, water bowls and air conditioning throughout.
Walking your Dog
Our Dog Walking service ensures that your dog has a varied, fun & stimulating walk and is returned home happy and well exercised.
Your dog will be walked in a safe area away from main roads and upon return, any muddy paws will be wiped, water bowls refilled and they will be left happy and content ready for an afternoon nap. Treats or food can be given if requested.
As part of our commitment to providing a tailored service, your dog/s can be walked privately or in small groups, and on/off the lead as required.
Where possible, we would like to contact you after the first week of using our service (and at regular intervals as required) to ensure that both you and your dog is happy with our service.
Cancellation & Flexibility of Service
Our Dog Walking Service is designed to complement your schedule whatever the circumstances, and therefore offers flexibility in cancellation/call off terms as well as a commitment to be there whenever you need us.
If for any reason you do not need our dog walking service or a Comfort & Care visit all we ask is for a call or text before 9am on the same day as this well help us with planning our schedule.
We require 48 hours notice for evening weekday walks and Comfort & Care visits and one weeks notice for weekend walks and Comfort & Care visits.
